Moodboards and 3D Mock-ups

Following an initial Style Exercise and a subsequent Samples Demo, we help you envisage the final look and feel of our designs by providing you with detailed Moodboards with samples and optional 3D Mock ups. We will have already assessed the Feng Shui energies of the property and offered some guidelines on suitable colour schemes and layouts. We also go through detailed technical plans either with you in person or your authorised representative.

Moodboards

Liking one material or item does not necessarily mean that they will translate well into a complete interior design concept, which is why we present you with different options based on detailed feedback from you during the Style Exercise and Samples Demo. Moodboards allow you to see all the ideas brought together rather than in isolation.

3D Mock-ups

Using state of the art software, our designers create lifelike imagery of any part of the design, providing different options so you can see which you prefer. 3D Walk Throughs are also possible, depending on your budget and the level of your involvement during the design process. Ideally, you are involved in person intensively throughout the design and estimates stage or at least have an authorised representative to work with us.

Technical Plans

These are drawn up by our designers for your approval prior to any work commencing. They inform the joiners, cutters, electricians, plumbers and builders.
