Eco Feng Shui

Spring is in the air and thoughts turn to creating new builds or planning your garden, and to make use of the finer weather and longer days to come. So, what is the process of applying Feng Shui to a self-build project? Happily, I have decades of experience and have helped with the feng shui for eco-builds near Bath, new mansion homes in Notting Hill and Kent, entire renovations in London and Guernsey and more recently the fengshui design of an entirely new Alpaca farm, including the flatpack home on the same plot of land, for the young entrepreneurial couple creating their pastoral dream.  My work is definitely varied, that's for sure!

How many people would move an entire pond to make sure their Feng Shui was the best it can be? That's exactly what two lovely clients of mine did in Suffolk last weekend, and here are the work in progress pictures and a video of a beautiful natural water feature we installed. According to my Feng Shui methodology, the existing pond was causing severe problems for the man of the property, and indeed the previous guy to live here had been gravely ill...
As I write this I am listening to the soothing sound of a cascading Flowform water feature that has the smoothest 'burbling' - my word for that mid point between babbling and gurgling! - and a slight breeze is on my cheek, the birds are cheeping now and then and welcome sunshine has unexpectedly made it through some dense cloud and early morning rain. I just had an apricot flapjack with some chai tea with almond milk and I am so grateful for the power of environment to soothe me and help me restore perspective.

All things good, green and gold are dear to my heart, so am very pleased to have joined this forward thinking company based out of Poland, who are offering investment opportunities ranging from as little as 50 Euros and 50000 Euros and beyond.
The Ripple Effect 5I am very pleased to announce a joint venture with Stephen Henderson, a wonderful friend of mine who creates beautiful photographic artwork with magical elemental resonance. I first met Stephen when randomly guided to Sedona in August 2012. I was very lucky to experience the beautiful Celtic Medicine Circle

Feng Shui is the study of the human being's connection to nature, to the earth and to the cosmos and the application of such study to the built environment.

Earth Day web The roots of my Feng Shui skill lie in observation and deep enjoyment of nature because the Five Elements on which Feng Shui techniques are based, are so very much alive in the natural world. So I am always happy to promote fantastic organisations such as Earth Day Network, which does great work to raise awareness of environmental issues and how to better reduce our impact on this beautiful sacred planet that keeps on giving and never asking for anything in return.
This reminds me, I must update my Facebook travel page to have now visited Norway! What a beautiful country, even just flying over the land near Oslo I could see the beautiful and very colourful patchwork of fields and forests. I can only imagine the Fjords must be breathtaking.

As part of our commitment to doing some good in the world with our skills, we donated a London Feng Shui consultation to the silent auction at the Just Need Charity Winter Ball held at The Dorchester in London, in December last year. The charity...

With Spring making an effort to appear through the clouds(!), I thought I would raise awareness of activities that can connect us to Mother Earth...
