This is not a Property Hunting service, but works with online listings that you send me. I need floor plans and full address and photos, together with the date of birth of the buyer/s or renter/s, in order to assess which ones are then worth your time visiting with me for the final decision. In some cases we can make the decision off of a virtual assessment, especially in fast moving markets like London, but usually it is best to also have an onsite visit from me (separate service) as well, following this pre-purchase assessment.
This service is £140 and can include looking at between 1 and 3 ONLINE listings of properties depending on their complexity, size and quality of the online listing. Thereafter onsite visits are chargeable from £410 for UK based properties within 2 hours of London. Both services provide the basic feng shui strengths and weaknesses to consider before you make your decision, and do not include optimisation - this would require a full consultation following purchase/exchange or rental agreement.
