Feng Shui For Romance

Feng Shui tips for your love life

Red Rose for Feng Shui Romance
What with it soon approaching Valentine’s day n'all, I thought I would share a lovely story about a Buddhist client of mine in Highgate, London.

She had commissioned me to help her organise her home office more effectively in terms of aligning desk to good direction to suit her horoscope and colours to balance the energy there and throughout the flat etc.

She also mentioned her desire to have a partnership with a good man. I looked at her bedroom space and pointed out that the NW sector was cluttered up and asked what she stored there, could it be moved and was it important?

She replied that there were photos from old boyfriends and three jewellery gifts from three ex-boyfriends that she kept for sentimental reasons!

I pointed out to her that from an energetic and symbolic perspective, she was holding on to the past, and what that faded chi meant for her,  especially in the NW position. As a Buddhist she immediately realised she needed to be more in the present moment,  so she got rid of the items and not too long afterwards starting dating a new man who is also Buddhist as it happens. How lovely!! 🙂

Why NW? Isn’t the SW the relationships corner?
Yes, SW does have some connotation with relationships but as with all over simplified systems it isn’t the only factor. With a better understanding of yin/yang, trigrams etc. you understand that the NW is home to the Father trigram and the lead male. So if there is no leading male in your life, look to the NW of your home… or better still get in contact as it is really confusing to try to feng shui your own space!

Although the above sounds simple, there were a few other tips I shared with her that were specific to her life and to her home.

I would LOVE to help you harness the power of feng shui to harmonise your love relationship or indeed find your ideal partner. If you are really committed to finding a perfect match (is there really such a thing?! let’s go for a near perfect…) then we can look at your Chinese Astrology chart for timing (& other dating related info) and the Feng Shui of your home to see if there are any anti-love influences there! You'd be amazed at how the layout of your bedroom, the colours you have in the home, even the kitchen and garden design can impact whether you will attract a good partner or not.
