Southpoint Boutique Hotel

ARCHITECTURE, BUSINESS, HOSPITALITY

I advised on the Feng Shui for this boutique waterfront hotel development in Antigua, working with the design team on the orientation of the guest villas, foundation measurements, site placement and interior colour concepts.

A detailed landform analysis revealed the strongest vitality point within the landscape. While the original plans had positioned the waste facilities there, the clubhouse was ultimately relocated to this area so that the social heart of the resort would occupy the most supportive position on the site.

Today the hotel is widely recognised as one of Antigua’s most highly rated boutique properties.
