Sleep Architecture Talk at Future Build show

Listen to our talk on Sleep tech and Bedroom feng shui
Wow! The Excel arena where I gave a talk on designing your environment for good sleep only a few weeks ago is now the Nightingale Hospital. We were lucky that the FutureBuild event went ahead actually, as many conferences were getting cancelled due to this (at the time) vague sort of threat of a weird virus from China... Now, 4 or 5 weeks into a serious lockdown situation, we are all turning to online resources like never before.
So, I am pleased to say that today the Interiors Keynote Stage
talks have been made available for viewing/listening, if you register at the following website page. Please note this registration is different to the visitor registration.
There is a wealth of information, not just my talk. For full list see the site access page. You won't want to miss the talk on the value of building music into health strategies.
My talk was prepared at the invitation of the Interiors Keynote Stage sponsors The International Well Building Institute
and Milliken.
Together with my Global Wellness Institute
colleague Stephen Marks, we talked about how to use ancient design theories in today's modern world and to also how to incorporate the latest technologies to assist us with deeper sleep.
You will learn:
- Why nature is so important to our wellbeing
- How Feng Shui helps us connect to nature and relaxation
- Specific layout arrangements for your bedroom to promote the best sleep
- Best colours to achieve deeper sleep
- Sleep statistics on how well we rest at night
- Studies on lighting that help our sleep
- Useful apps to help us sleep better
We had some lovely feedback on the day from attendees and hope you enjoy it. As ever, if you need my help with designing your new build or reconfiguring an existing property, don't hesitate to get in touch.
Sweet dreams!
